Using Template right below and you will need a transparent background photograph for both.

Use canva to to get a tranparent background Use the following directions.

1. Open Canva to Remove Background

2. Upload your headshot via Uploads and add it to canvas.

3. Select the image, click "Edit image", and choose "Background Remover".

4. Wait for Canva to remove the background; use the "Erase" or "Restore" brushes to fine-tune edges if needed.

5. Click "Apply", then Download and choose PNG with a transparent background to save.

You will then be able to upload your picture into the template.
